We have long-term experience in the development of highly dynamic machine tools. From design, calculations, and construction of individual assemblies, to the creation of production documentation including electrical design, all the way to assembly. We use advanced methods of 3D computer modeling, including simulations and FEM analysis, to ensure the virtual prototype is as close as possible to the real machine. By measuring built machines, we continuously improve and validate our processes. We believe our experience and methods can support you in the development of even very complex machine tools. Škoda Machine Tools – a variety of projects on several assemblies of different machines – beds, spindle head suspensions and quills, slides, flanges, covers, platforms, clamping plates, main drive, etc.


TOS Čelákovice – we were part of the team developing a new multifunctional turning center. We carried out calculations from FEM analysis to the design of individual drives, force calculations, loading conditions, etc. We also led the design of the machine beds and adjacent assemblies in various length variants, steadies, tailstock, and counter-spindle. We developed design studies, concepts, and options for various machine assemblies. We also proposed manufacturing and assembly technologies.


Kovosvit MAS – development of partial assemblies of machine tools – e.g. reconstruction of supports, 3D models and technical drawings for a number of machine beds, etc.
Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) – development, design, production, and assembly of the experimental kinematic machine tool "SlidingStar," a machine with parallel kinematics, highly dynamic, redundantly driven. Based on this machine, several academic works have been produced (theses, scientific articles), for example:

Workpiece Loaders:
Manipulator for loading workpieces – gears with cycloidal gearing, which are part of harmonic drives. A total of 15 standard sizes of workpiece bodies exist, with weight ranges from 0.5 to 40 kg.


Another manipulator is designed for loading internally toothed gears from pallets into the machine's working area. A total of 15 standard sizes of workpiece bodies exist, with weight ranges from 0.5 to 40 kg.
